Find out what people in exactly the same position as you, are asking!
How do I go about placing an order?
To place an order, simply give us a call us, or send an email. We can then get in touch to discuss the project further, and complete the order form together. This will include things like door furniture choices and threshold details.
We'll also go through any other design details relating to the doors or any other requirements you may have. Once this has all been decided and confirmed, we'll send you the order form to sign.
When this has been signed and returned to us, along with your deposit, the project will become live. We can then arrange a survey and begin the process of scheduling your installation.
So to place an order, simply give us a call us, or send an email.
Will you be completing a site survey?
When you're happy with your order, and are ready to proceed, our surveyor (Gerald) will visit site and complete a survey of the opening and surrounding in which the doors will be fitted.
A site survey is included in the price of all our projects. It allows us to be 100% sure that the product we provide meets your requirements exactly.
Who will be installing my doors?
All of our doors are installed by our fully trained fitters, who receive continuous training from our suppliers, and are experts in fitting bifold doors and sliding doors.
Are your guarantees insurance backed?
All of our guarantees are insurance backed. This means that whatever happens to us, your guarantees are covered.
What deposit is required?
Your deposit will be 50% of the amount of your order, the remaining 50% is then payable on the day of installation.
We accept a personal cheque, bank transfer, debit and credit cards (please note credit cards are subject to a 2.5% charge).

Where in the market do the Sunflex bi-fold doors sit?

The SF55 has a maximum panel width of 1100mm which is 100mm wider than a lot of doors on the market. This enables you to have fewer panels in a larger opening and as bi-folds are primarily priced on the number of panels this can save you a lot of money.
Is this bi-fold door system top or bottom running?
It's a bottom running system so all the weight is on the bottom meaning you don't need to beef up your lintel more than necessary.
As we sell both top and bottom running systems we can be totally honest and say that in terms of operation there is very little between the two.
What is the maximum height for the Sunflex 55?
This bi-fold door system goes up to a whopping 3500mm! That is high!
